When I came home from caving I had to make a make-shift cast for it because the pain was so excruciating. I thought I might have broken it, but then I figured, no, I didn't do anything that would have broken it, and the pain came after caving, not during it.
Anyway, I'm a little slow today at standing up and sitting down, as it feels like someone's been pounding a brick against my legs. School tomorrow is going to be rather interesting. I'm just glad I'm out of gym.
Be expecting a couple cave pictures in the near future. I came face to face with the cutest little bat ever, I wanted to cuddle it. He was asleep, hanging from the wall, so I took to opportunity take some pictures of his cute lil face. >3
The cave we were in takes about two to three hours to traverse from start to finish. We all brought our cameras, (I went with my dad and two of his friends), so we figured it would probably take us a little longer since we were stopping to take pictures all the time. We estimated it would take us four to five hours. That would give us plenty of time for pictures, right?
Well.
We couldn't find the exit. One of my dad's friends had found it before, when he had been in this cave a couple months ago. But, he couldn't find it this time. (You have to understand, the cave got really maze-like at the end.)
So, we had to turn around and go back. This added another good two hours to the trip. I was so happy to finally be back out in the fresh, clean air again.
Well, I'm going to go to bed. Like I said, I'm so sore, all over. I just want to sleep. Night. =]
